Shipping policy

Please allow 2 business days for your products to be shipped once your order has been placed, this includes express post orders. If you have not received your order after 15 business days, please contact us via email at info@trelou.com.au to follow up. 

We will do our best to get your order to you ASAP, however we don’t have much control over our garments once they are with Australia Post. We trust Australia Post to usher them, quickly and safely to your door.
