RETURNS POLICY

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on underwear that you've tried on. We aim to ensure you will love your Trelou purchase. We take pride in our products and guarantee we meet the highest quality and standards.

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise if you’ve received a faulty or damaged garment- this is not the standard we aim for!

Please email info@trelou.com.au within 14 days of delivery date and include proof of purchase. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund of the purchase amount, minus shipping costs.

Please return the garment unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging and we will promptly organise a replacement. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, after 14 days, we are unable to replace items as we cannot guarantee proper care after they leave our hands.
